We understand that there is a difference between a home buyer and a property investor, which is why we offer investor inspections specifically designed for real estate investors in the Indianapolis area. Whether you are buying a foreclosed home or a short sale, we can help!
Some real estate investors are under the gross misconception that they don’t need to have a property inspected because they are going to strip it down anyway. However, as any good investor knows, “stuff happens” during renovations that could have potentially been prevented or foreseen had the property been inspected by a licensed professional prior to rehab. Foreclosures and short sales will ALWAYS have issues, some are larger than others. Why take that chance when buying one of these properties sight unseen? The relatively small cost for property investor inspections can potentially save property investors thousands of dollars and tons of headaches down the road.
This is where we come in. We offer a flat rate 5 point investor inspection that targets the areas that most investors are concerned about prior to purchase.
WHAT WE INSPECT FOR INVESTORS
● Main Water (including water heater)
● Main Electrical (service entrance and panels)
HOW MUCH DOES "5 POINT INVESTOR INSPECTION" COST?
"Stone-South Home Inspections" has redesigned the 4 Point Inspection to help property investors, flippers and renovation companies determine if there is a profit to be made on the house their buying.
We charge $175 for any house under 3000 square feet. You will receive a report with defects of these systems and general life expectancy. That way, you’re making a more informed decision with all the facts in front of you.
