SERVICES
We perform home inspections according to the Home Inspection Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We also offer ancillary inspections. These are additional types of inspections that you may be interested in hiring us to perform for you. Feel free to ask your inspector about additional inspection services.
QUALIFICATIONS
Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.
SAMPLE REPORTS
At the end of the inspection, we will produce a written inspection report for you. The report will be easy-to-read and clear to understand. We will include pictures of the systems and components of the home and building that we inspect. We will also provide a summary of the defects that we observed during the inspection.
About Us
My decision to become a home inspector was born out of the many years of experience I acquired from personally remodeling, maintaining and managing investment properties. My knowledge and experience allow me to put the entire house into perspective for you, and explain everything in terms that you can understand.
I provide the most thorough home inspection on the market. I will spend 3 to 4 hours evaluating all aspects of the home, from the roof to the foundation and all of the areas in between. A comprehensive report detailing all the findings will be sent to you and your agent within 24-hours of the inspection.
You are encouraged to attend the inspection so we can walk through the house together. I will inform you of any issues and answer any questions that you have. If you won’t be attending, rest assured I am just a phone call away. I offer flexible appointments seven days a week in order to make the process as convenient as possible.
My support does not end with the report. I will always be available to address any questions or concerns you may have before, during, and after your home inspection. I look forward to hearing from you soon and inspecting your next house.
